I can't process my return. Can you please advise?

Sometimes we receive the confirmation of the delivery from the courier a little bit later, for that reason it is not possible to register the return in your account. If you wish to speed up this process, you can log in to your account and confirm that your order has been already delivered, this way you will be able to request a return.

* Please note that the maximum return period is 14 calendar days from the date you received the order, after this period the return option disappears.
