Sometimes it takes a few days to process the returns that arrive at the warehouse (even if you have received the arrival confirmation email). However, the refund will be made as soon as possible and within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the package at our facilities. We try to provide an efficient process, although it can be more extensive in periods of high volume of work (Christmas, Carnival or Halloween).

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
