You can cancel your order if our warehouse has not yet prepared it for shipping. To cancel your order, please visit “your account” and select the corresponding option. If your order has already been prepared and packaged, this option will no longer be available.
However, you will be able to request a return after you receive your order. The period for returns is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
