Unfortunately, I had the wrong product in the packaging. The return is very complicated for you because you have to include a photo when you request how it works. If you don't have this, the request won't go out at all. Unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to do this and I don't find it very customer-friendly. I hope that I get a positive answer from you about how the return should be done free of charge. With kind regards
